Suitable for men and women of any size, shape or age, the Pilates reformer is a low impact full body workout that focuses on strengthening the core and improving body alignment.

The reformer allows a wide range of organized movements to achieve postural control and balance. Our certified Pilates reformer instructors walk you through controlled movements and muscle activations that will make you walk, sit and bend more comfortably and help improve your overall health.

Pilates instructors on Ludlow rely on education and experience related to fitness and dance to motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals. Small classes, up to five per session, allow for a higher level of attention to individual ability and form.
