Lulu Lemon and the Revere Hotel in Boston want you to stay focused this spring and summer, so get ready to breathe, stretch, and sweat while having the best scenery in town. The beloved yoga brand’s Newbury Street location and Boston’s original Theater District hotel are teaming up for a free yoga series every weekend this spring and summer.
One-hour classes are held every Saturday at 9 a.m. until the end of August, starting April 9. Certified yoga instructors Lulu Lemon will guide all levels of yoga enthusiasts and beginners through Vinyasa Flow, a flowing and active style of yoga emphasized by linking breath and movement. Expect to experience a range of postures (standing, sitting, inverted, prone, and prone), sun salutations (Surya Namaskar), breathing practices (pranayama), and a nice final relaxation (savasana).
While the weather is still cool for rooftop yoga, classes will be held in Liberty Hall at the Revere Hotel until the temperature warms and the rooftop becomes a more comfortable place to practice. A wellness menu of healthy smoothies and snacks will be available for purchase.
Yoga mats will be available and classes are open to hotel guests and the general public. As the number of places is limited, reservations are strongly recommended.
